Your name, phone number, email, and business info when you sign up. When you use Flo, we store the data you create — customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses — to run the service.
2. How we use it
To run Flo. That's it. We never sell your data to anyone.
3. Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Your business data is isolated from other users at the database level.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Request deletion anytime — we'll remove everything.
5. Third parties
AWS (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS). All contractually bound to protect your data.
