1. Using Flo
Flo is operated by Kyber Industrial LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
2. What Flo does
AI-powered quoting, invoicing, scheduling, expense tracking, and payment processing for field service businesses. Voice and text interface.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate information.
4. Pricing
Flo runs on tokens. First 30 days free. After that, you pay for compute (typically $3–5/month). We also earn a small commission on material sourcing and a processing fee on customer payments. All disclosed before any transaction.
5. Your data
You own your data. We don't claim ownership of anything you create through Flo — customers, jobs, invoices, any of it.
6. Don't be a bad actor
Use Flo for legitimate business. No fraud, no deception, no illegal activity.
7. Liability
Flo is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service.
